00:00 — Part of it was this message that weaved through everything is that I've been brought in to be a teacher to help and guide and lift other people up. And in so doing I can carry their burdens with me like that dream I had the night after I wrote the letter showed.

You were meant to do this work, feel confident and free to do this work and yet don't take on their burdens, you know, understand how to feel and be compassionate and relate and be connected to that person in that moment.
