Sound Therapy

Sound and vibration offer a powerful way to calm your nervous system, shift perspective, and explore what may be keeping you stuck—physically, emotionally, and energetically.

Sound therapy invites you to slow down, listen, and go inward. As you receive sound and feel vibration move through you, you can experience a deeper sense of relaxation, presence, and grounding.

As a certified Biofield Tuning® and Vibrational Sound® Therapy Practitioner, Cate Ritter uses these somatic modalities to bring your system into greater alignment:

  • Biofield Tuning® uses tuning forks on your body and in your energy field. The forks listen for where energy has become stuck, helping clear blockages, and creating space for your system to flow.

  • Vibrational Sound® uses Zen therapeutic singing bowls on your body and in your energy field. The bowls speak a language your body remembers, allowing gentle vibrations to move through you.

Available in person in Bend, Oregon, and online.

Sound & vibration speak the language of your soul, inviting your body to listen, relax & return to its natural harmony.

What to Expect From Sound Therapy

Sound Therapy invites you to simply receive the experience—there’s nothing you need to force, figure out, or make happen.

Prepare

Before your session, arrive hydrated, wear comfortable clothing, and avoid eating a heavy meal right beforehand. Let Cate know about any preferences so your session can be adjusted as needed.

Experience

During your session, you’ll remain clothed and lie comfortably on a massage table while therapeutic sound instruments are used on and around your body. Like a needle on a record, the instruments listen to and broadcast the vibrational language of your body, allowing your system to naturally move toward greater harmony. You may feel deeply relaxed, emotional, peaceful, lighter, clearer, or more present

Integrate

After your session, give yourself space to rest, hydrate, journal, or take a gentle walk. Prioritize self-care and grounding activities as shifts continue to unfold. Stay curious about what you notice in your body, emotions, and perspective.
